Refund policy
Replacements
We have a 3-day replacement policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy applies only if the item is received damaged. Proof of damage and delivery is required to be granted a replacement set.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement, as well as instructions on how to track and receive your package. A replacement can only be granted once per order. Replacements are not granted for large volume orders. If approved, replacements are granted free of charge.
We do not grant or approve refunds of orders.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your replacement, please contact us at moklawz@outlook.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept replacements on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Order confirmation will be sent after submitting an order. This is not confirmation that your order has been shipped. When the order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information from delivery carrier. Once the carrier has retrieved your order, MOKLAWZ is no longer responsible for the order. Contact the delivery carrier directly for more information on tracking and delivery.
*High volume periods may experience longer shipping and processing times. All customers will be notified if the order is delayed.
