Shipping and Delivery

All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Order confirmation will be sent after submitting an order.  This is not confirmation that your order has been shipped. When the order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information from delivery carrier. Once the carrier has retrieved your order, MOKLAWZ is no longer responsible for the order. Contact the delivery carrier directly for more information on tracking and delivery. 

*High volume periods may experience longer shipping and processing times. All customers will be notified if the order is delayed.*

We do not grant or approve refunds of orders.
